Integrated PT accepts BCBS of NC and Medicare insurance. We are out of network with all other insurers.

As a courtesy, we offer to prepare your out-of-network reimbursement paperwork with the appropriate superbills. 

We recognize the future of healthcare is to pay out-of-network for routine services to maintain good health and have balloon coverage for catastrophic events.  We seek to provide actual solutions for patients to live without pain and be a resource for patients to avoid more expensive medical treatments. 

Some things in life are expenses, and some are investments. We believe obtaining guidance on how to overcome pain and be physically resilient are investments, not expenses. For those utilizing BCBS benefits, your co-insurance or co-pay will apply to each visit. You are able to use your HSA or FSA benefits. 

Our 12 visit "Be Resilient Plan" offers our service guarantee and a discount. We offer a 6 visit "Overcome Pain" package as well. For those seeking to go visit-by-visit, a 60 minute visit is $195, and includes all the components of a treatment session; manual therapy, dry needling, modalities, cupping, IASTM, functional exercise, and most importantly, A PLAN. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will recommend a treatment plan that best fits your needs.  

In a healthcare world where the average MRI cost is $1400 and provides only an image that doesn't impact your pain, we seek rather to provide solutions to pain.

As a courtesy, we prepare invoices to submit to health insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. 

During your first visit at Integrated PT, you'll have a one-on-one assessment where we'll work together to identify the primary cause of your pain or injury and prescribe the tailored treatment plan that will help you achieve your desired results. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, such as workout gear, and remember to log into your patient portal to complete your new patient forms beforehand.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. 

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
